...slow PACE!


Well, things seem to be slow since I've come back from vacation..ahhhh, the workouts have been okay. I'm officially on my own now, and I realize I'm not as 'hard' on myself as when I was working out with the trainers. I do believe the results will have been better, but we shall soon find out. Dec. 1st is the next weigh in. Since the 12 weeks are over and I was allowed to eat chips, I did, and realize once more, I cannot eat them ever. I just can't stop at a few. So, I'm still going to try and only eat bread twice a week, chips a no no, and soda just occasionally. I still need to work better on eating healthier. And water. I'm still not drinking a lot of water. I know it's so good for you, your system, your skin. I'll try and do better. I have been mixing up my cardio. Sometimes the expresso bike, the stairmaster, running on the treadmill, or the eliptical. I've felt sluggish all week, but glad I stuck it out and still trained. I remember one of the trainers saying even when you don't feel like working out, do it anyway, those are the days that really count. I'm glad I did. :)

...back at it!


Ok, am back from vacation which was quite lovely! I only got to work out once, which is pretty amazing since I would NEVER even think to do that before...but I gained 2 lbs. :(
Eating was good. Eating was fun. Eating was delicious.
But, now am back.
CS went over my workouts the past month and noticed I lost too much lean body mass. So, he switched my program around a bit and I'm adding more weight. He's checking back with me on Dec. 1st. I haven't started off very good this week. Monday produced only 30 minutes of cardio but at least I got that much in. Yesterday was spent catching up on work, and today was supposed to be my weights day but opted for cardio since I'm feeling quite yucky. There's a bug going around and it ain't biting me!
Tomorrows another day. But, let me tell you, it feels good to be back and working out again!
