
Despite the fact that I only lost 3.25 pounds this month and my goal was 5, I'm pretty happy at my results.
Here goes:
weight: 206
chest: 40.75
waist: 40.25
hips: 47.5
So, the grand total since I started this on 8-6-08 is:
Total weight loss: 10 pounds
Inches off:
chest- 2.75
waist- 1.50
hips- 2.75
Total inch loss: 7 inches
I have to work on the diet now. Not literally, I mean, diets never seem to work. I have to work on 'healthier eating'.
