WEIGH IN #2!


My second weigh in is on Monday. I'm so excited yet nervous once again. I feel different. My clothes are getting baggier and I've been getting compliments from people. I had a goal to lose 5 lbs. this month. That's the problem. Not sure if I reached it, especially since I only worked out once last week. I feel so fat! But, I'll let you know the results...I hope I lost more inches too! I know I have to eat better at night. For breakfast I normally have Kashi cereal and a banana. For lunch, just fruit and sometimes nuts or salad or grilled chicken. Let's see what Monday brings!
