Week Six


Ok. Training with DD on Week Six really kicked my butt. What I liked about him is he got down on my level to encourage me, literally. He kept pushing me further. Those bench presses were killers, and no weight on the bar to boot! Strange gutteral sounds kept coming from my mouth the whole session! I thought that odd, so did my Gm, who could hear me even in the locker room. What stood out tho was stepping up on the incline bench, with weight, and raising one leg alternately. That was really really tough. I made it tho.....barely. Thanks DD for the great workout, and THANKS so much, cuz your the one who noticed I was working out on my own, and got this whole thing together with all the trainers. I'll never forget this, or you!
