...I wanted to throw the towel in after 10 minutes. JAH's workout plan for me was INTENSE which produced alot more gutteral sounds and contorted faces. He gave me a heart to heart talk about my program, and I saw the softer side of him. That's where it ended. I asked if he taught martial arts, and he was like...'yeESSSS'. It all makes sense now. We started off kicking the bag, I was surprised how easily I got so tired. He didn't go reps, but minutes which was VERY exhausting. We did a lot of legwork which made them feel like spaghetti. The rest of the session he kept on me to 'KEEP IT UP', 'DON'T QUIT NOW', 'IT'S HOW YOU END IT THAT COUNTS'. He explained he wanted to push me, then have me go further. It took 1 1/2 hours to recuperate, but I saw a glimpse of my limits. Thanks JAH, I made it to the end!!!!
