
I started off the week with K and my kickoff. She made me feel really comfortable. She took my measurements, blood pressure, resting heart rate, all of that good stuff.
I weighed in at 216 lbs.
I am more embarrassed at seeing my measurements on paper than anything.
I come in at a hefty
43.5 chest
41.75 waist
50.25 hips
We did some what I like to call stability and agility tests. This will be really interesting
how well I do in the end because some of that stuff was hard!
K made me feel really good when she asked what I had eaten the day before, after reminiscing
about bread layered with hamburg gravy, fried potatoes with onions and jalapenos, more bread and
more gravy, I embarrassingly said, 'that's bad'..and she smiled and said, 'that sounds good to me!'.
