Week Five


Ok, maybe not drill sergeant, but I certainly respect and like GT's style. Very straight forward, serious, and to the point. No messin' around here, after the first initial workout and his observation of me, we hit it hard on day two. I liked that he asked what I had eaten that day. He said my endurance was good. He added weight to my workout, and I definitely felt it the next day. We used those rubber bands which I find interesting. I'm even beginning to like squats and lunges!! Thanks so much GT for your time and energy this week, I really appreciate it!
