
I started the regimen with M. I felt confident that since I had already been doing some cardio in past weeks I could keep up. Well, barely. In two days we accomplished a lot, and I learned a lot. He gave me a lot of pointers and stressed how important nutrition was as part of my daily life change. That really got me to thinking, and start looking at the side of boxes and such. I have to say tho, what really stood out was me sprinting up that dreaded staircase two at a time! I do know the hard stuff for me to do is probably the best to work on...no pain, no gain, eh?
