Week Two


I worked out with D this week. It really was an eye-opener. He showed me a lot of steps on the bosu, and I really like his style of training. What seemed so basic to me, was very very hard, which was pretty amazing. I learned how to do proper squats, but what really stood out, was the trx straps. I'm still talking about it. How just a band can give you such a proper workout! My arms burned almost immediately!! I definitely want to add that little trick to my workout regimens. Thanks D, luckily I can remember everything that you showed me, and thank you ever so much for being a part of my transformation!
