
Today is my first official weigh in.
I'm excited yet nervous. I don't think I lost much weight but I think I lost some inches. Things I've done in the past 4 weeks:
I started drinking much more water, and am sweating again!
Baking my food instead of frying.
Eating more fruit and vegetables.
Gave up chips completely for 12 weeks.
Only eat bread or drink pop 2 days a week.
Eating much more fiber (thanks H~your the best!)
And of course my 2 workouts with the trainers each week, my cardio 2 days and my personal workout w/weights 1 day.
I'll keep you posted about the results. If it's not good, it should initiate me to work harder. If it's good, it should still initiate me to work harder. Win win.

K had to leave work early so the measurements will be on Monday. Curiosity killed the cat and I just had to find something out!!!
I lost 6 lbs.
I lost 1.7% body fat.
This is good.
Am happy.
Now for the measurements!!!!!
